Our lodge is located on 370 acres of prime whitetail and turkey habitat. There are 220 acres of timber, 75 acres of CRP/WRP, and 75 acres of corn, soybeans, and food plots.
With the Little Sioux River running alongside the property, whitetail deer and turkey are abundant. We also lease or own other properties available for hunting.

This symmertirical whitetail, taken on our property in 2007, scored 150+. Excellent genetics and abundant food sources combine to give a constant supply of record book bucks.
We are located in Northwest Iowa which is district #1 for the non-resident deer and turkey lottery. District 1 is predominantly farm land with timber located near the rivers.
Deer are found throughout the county during the growing season, but tend to move to the river/timber areas during the winter. Our mature oak timber is also home to the eastern wild turkey. This turkey was taken during the SYC hunt in 2008. Check out the Iowa Department of Natural Resources for
more information on seasons and licenses.

Hunt for ringneck pheasants. We have property with plentiful pheasant populations.
We have a 2 acre stocked pond right next to the lodge. Even 5 year olds will experience the thrill of landing a largemouth bass.
Canoeing the Little Sioux River is a great opportunity to view wildlife, just relax, or try your hand at catching some catfish or walleye. We have a couple of canoes for the use of our guests.
