InnSpiration Bed & Breakfast was inspired by the combined dreams of owners Paul and Sheila. Paul likes projects, and what better
project than building their own home? Sheila wanted to use her gift of hospitality, and what better way than to open up their home
as a bed and breakfast? Sheila, who has worked with the elderly, wanted the main floor to be handicap accessible. Paul wanted to
integrate the land around their home. Both lovers of dreaming and challenges, they broke ground September 1, 2005 with the goal of
completng by September, 2008. They have met that goal for the most part.
Both Paul and Sheila love the outdoors. Paul likes being active and Sheila enjoys the serenity and beauty. Paul and Sheila planned the house together. Paul has been the main carpenter with others filling in with their expertise. Sheila has been Paul’s support, gopher and helping with some of the easier tasks. Their grown children were the first to encourage them in proceeding with this huge endeavor. All of their children have helped one way or another, even if not in physical form then in prayer and support.
Their new country home overlooks a pond and timber. It has multiple decks for relaxing. They had a few hunters in 2007
with success. The couples that have come appreciate the peacefulness and the nature surrounding them. The challenges still
ahead are the landscaping, which includes a vineyard that was planted in the Spring of 2008. Paul and Sheila are so excited
to begin this endeavor that was just a dream in the summer of 2005. Their Bed and Breakfast will be perfect for those who
need to be inspired by peace and quiet or those who want to be an active participant of the outdoor recreations that the area has to offer.

The Great Room
The Great Room has a gorgeous view of the pond and the new vineyard that was recently planted. The warmth of the corn burner
is central to the living area. The table, made by Paul, welcomes guests for homemade meals and conversation.
